    The courses, the research activities and the laboratories needed for awarding with the Master's degree are:

    a) Theoretical Courses: The candidates have to attended four compulsory courses, 3 hours weekly each one (5 ECTS credits) during the First Semester and one compulsory course, 3 hours weekly (5 credits) during the Second Semester. These courses are:

    ’ First Semester

    1. Bioinorganic Chemistry
    2. Physicochemical, Spectroscopic and Biochemical Methods in Bioinorganic Chemistry
    3. Biophysics of pharmaceutical action
    4. Special Topics in Biochemistry-Molecular Biology

    ’ Second Semester

    1. Collection of bibliographic data and presentations concerning the research field of the Postgraduate Diploma Thesis

    (b) Laboratory courses: The candidates have to attended two compulsory, 5 hours-weekly workshops each one (10 ECTS credits), during the First and the Second Semester of the Program. During the Second and the Third Semesters, the students start working on their Diploma Thesis (45 ECTS credits). The total number of credits for all the courses and the Diploma Thesis is 90.

    ’First Semester

    1. Laboratory of Spectroscopic and Physicochemical Techniques.

    ’Second Semester

    1. Introduction to the Research Laboratory
    2. Thesis.

    ’Third Semester

    1. Thesis
